2. Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are non-refundable once completed. However:

  • Cancellations 24+ hours before: Session may be rescheduled without charge
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: Session fee is forfeited; no refund issued
  • No-shows: Session fee is forfeited

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund on a course or product:

  2. We will respond within 5 working days
  3. Upon approval, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
